Objective and Style
This is a Formal Evening Dinner at Hearsall Golf Course celebrating and marking the culmination of the Centenary Year. There will be a Guest Speaker, presentation of Centenary Awards and the Charity Collection.
Although based on a formal ‘sit-down’ meal and with speeches the intention is that the overall ‘tone’ for the evening should be relaxed and relatively easy-going.
Date and Ticket Purchase Cutoff
The Dinner will take place on the evening of Friday 1st October 2021.
The cutoff for purchasing tickets is Friday 10th September
Location & Dress Code
The location will be laid out as 2 large rooms hosting the two main phases of the event –
The first one, in the Bar Area, will be where we will enter, meet up, have a drink, hopefully circulate, and casual chat for about 45-60 minutes prior to the meal. Guests would be invited to return to this area after the meal for a less formal atmosphere.
The second one will be the Dining area set out as tables for six to out eight people where we will sit to have the meal, and listen to the speeches and awards (Additionally this room will have a projector setup for showing any photo highlights of the year as part of the Chairman’s speech).
Dress code is Lounge Suit / Smart jacket & trousers and Tie.
The bar will be open all evening and there will be Table Server service to the tables for drinks during the meal. (However note that at the end of the meal a Drinks Bill will be presented for the Whole Table which will need to be reconciled by the people sitting at the table among themselves)
There will be a Menu from which you can chose on the night by giving your selection to your Table Server

19.00 – 20.00 – Sign-in with Paul Whitehead at the door and move on for relaxed chat in the Bar area
20.00 – 22.30 – Meal, Speeches, & Awards

22.30 – 23.00 Post Meal chatting – informal back in the bar area if they wish
There will be a Seating Plan with tables of 6 and 8 seats and you are welcome to indicate the people you would like to sit with.
In the Ticket Request form please indicate the people on another booking that you’d be seated with and we will endeavour to match you up
The seating Plan will be firmed up a week before the event and you will be emailed with your seat assignment
